Our 60 Day Challenge Results
"Hi, Sandi here! Thanks for viewing our 60 day Challenge Results! We hope it inspires
you to dig deep and set goals for yourself whether short term or long term. So for
our 60 day challenge I designed the training regime for the two of us for 60 days.
It included a mix of cardio and strength training such as cardio boxing, yoga, pilates,
interval training, plyometrics, weight training, calesthenics. We even learned how
to do pullups along the way!!! It was an amazing experience. I also integrated a
healty meal and suppliement plan to guarantee us some results! Our goals were somewhat
different. Sheldon being of a short and stalky nature..he wanted to lose body fat
in some areas and gain lean muscle mass in others. I myself being on the leaner side
wanted to gain more lean muscle. There were challenges along the way...but we overcame
them! To us it is important to be the best you can be everyday! Be Happy, Healthy
