We Offer Corporate Group Fitness Classes

Body Balance will tailor programs to meet the needs of your organization.

You provide the space and equipment and we will provide a Certified Instructor to come to you!

• Are you always rushing from one place to another, stressed out with responsibilities at work/home?
• Has sitting at the computer made you into a round-shouldered, hunched-over, grumpy person?
• Are the classes at the studio not at the right time for you?
• Well, we’ve got the answer!! We’ll send a Certified Instructor to Your Workplace!

Much research now exists to support the many benefits of practicing fitness at the workplace:

• Improves employee morale
• Decreases time off for sickness
• Much less stress
• Improves focus and concentration

Classes can be designed according to the specifications of your business:

• Early morning, lunch time or after work
• 45 or 60 minute classes for 8 – 16 week segments
• All fitness levels welcome
